Peoa, Utah is located about 15 minutes northeast of Park City, Utah.  Offering large parcels and open space this rural community offers a small town lifestyle within minutes of Park City.  Browns Canyon, located in the Peoa real estate community runs from the Jordanelle area and connects to the Kamas valley.  Peoa is just a few miles south of Rockport State Park, a wonderful area for summer time water sport adventures.  What Peoa lacks in size and population it more than makes up for in outdoor activities.  Flying fishing on the Weber River, camping, and quick access to the Uinta mountain range for hiking and backpacking are also things Peoa homeowners enjoy.  Snowmobiling and snowshoeing options are abundant in the winter months.

Peoa is a small community.  The entire town consists of 109 housing units and around 250 full time residents.  Peoa real estate is made up mostly of large ranches and farms.  You can also find summer cabins and smaller single family residences mixed in with farms and larger estates.  An interesting fact, those that do not commute to Salt Lake City or Park City for work generally rely on mink farming.
