The primary owner of Canyons Village, TCFC Finance CO., is currently working together with Replay Resorts and Vail Resorts to further develop the Canyons Village. In the summer of 2015 Park City Mountain Resort combined with Canyons Village to create the largest single single ski and snowboard resort in the United States. The high-speed Quicksilver Gondola connects these two resorts, allowing skiers and snowboarders to get from one resort to the the other in just 9 minutes. In addition, plans are currently in the works to reconfigure an inpressive 2.3 million square feet of space in the upper and lower Canyons Village. These plans include a parking garage, retail shops, restaurants, ski beach, several more hotels and condos, an aquatic center, transit hub, skier plaza, and 60,000 square-foot conference center.
